Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase with us at Amyrahs Hair Beauty. We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, addresses, cancellations, etc. If you receive your product(s) damaged, defective, or missing, based on our findings we can replace the product(s). Damaged or defective product(s) are not eligible for a refund! However, we will replace the product(s) or issue store credit. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.

Damaged, Defective OR Missing Products

If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us Amyrahhairbeauty@Gmail.com. Please submit photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
Questions regarding orders must be sent to Amyrahhairbeauty@Gmail.com. Please include name, and order number.

Limitation of Liability

Amyrahs Hair Beauty does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein. Amyrahs Hair Beauty will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Amyrahs Hair Beauty is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement Amyrahs Hair Beauty is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
